After preparing schedules, it is an essential task to generate self-declaration while submitting schedules in post office, if you do not have ASLAAS-5 cards for specific RD Accounts

New users occasionally face an issue of self-declaration not being generated.

Here we provide a solution to solve the issue yourself.

Fill up Agent Profile First

Go to Settings -> Agent Profile.

Fill up the Agent Profile Form that contains
Agent's Father's or husband's name.
Agent's Certificate of Authority Number.
Agency renewal Date:
Agent's Address
Post Office Name where Agent is working.

After filling up above details, you will be ready to generate Self-Declaration in just a click from Lotwise History Tab in Submit to PO.
