ASLAAS-5 Card Nos Management

All the MPKBY agents across India are required to maintain the ASLAAS-5 cards related to the RD Account Nos on portal. Agentricks RD Software helps in maintaining the card numbers easily.
If you do not have ASLAAS-5 cards in hand and want to write AppliedFor instead of Card Numbers, it allows you generate the phrase for preferred/selected accounts just in one click.
- Just click on Don't have ASLAAS-5 cards? question at the top of the screen.
- Then click on Save Changes button.
Now ASLAAS numbers are saved in your Offline data. You need to submit it to portal. What you have to do is, click on Submit to Portal button at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you have chosen the appropriate radio button, either All or Selection.
Depending on no. of accounts selected to submit, this task may take relative time.
Generate ASLAAS numbers for only New RD Accounts
New RD accounts can be termed as an Account that is either opened anew or transferred from some other Post Office. To add/update ASLAAS numbers of these few accounts is very easy.
From Bottom left corner filter, select New. To generate AppliedFor use the same method mentioned above. Save changes and submit to portal.
How to make existing ASLAAS numbers entry?
To enter an existing ASLAAS number entry, you have to double click on the table cell in account number's row and ASLAAS number's column. Enter ASLAAS card number omitting spaces. Press Enter.
Click on Save changes and Submit to Portal.
