Since the compulsion of ASLAAS-5 cards, in November 2021, by Department of Post, the issue of unavailability of ASLAAS-5 cards was raised in many of the states across India. As a resolution Agents are allowed to write "AppliedFor" in place of ASLAAS-5 number and need to provide self declaration in specified format.
It was much tricky and time consuming for agents to create the self declaration. Team Agentricks have released a feature in Agentricks RD Software to generate Self Declaration. Agent can also generate the self declaration prefilled with the required fields like Certificate of Authority No, Agency Validity, Husband's Name, Name of Post Office, Residential Address etc.
The Agent Profile is available in Settings. Just Fill up the Agent Profile with correct details, and the self declaration will be prepared with all the blank fields pre-filled intact
Name of Post Office: The field Name of Post office is used in Self Declarations as well as Automatic Deposit slips, that will be generated from Agentricks RD Software
Agent's WhatsApp Number:
A new field in Agent profile is available since 260203 update, that enables saving Agent's whatsapp number(12 digit) with country code.
By entering the whatsapp number, Agent can send himself Generated schedules and MIS reports in just a click using whatsapp Desktop Software.
WhatsApp Messaging support is available only on Windows 10/11.
