Account Synchronization is very critical part from perspective of data integrity of Agentricks RD Software. It's a very very rare and unfortunate incident while using Agentricks RD Software that during running automations, if not sufficient data is received from portal due to unpredictable sudden internet outage or very high load on DOP portal systems that account synchronization does not complete successfully, that results into some or many more accounts go missing or are automatically disabled since not received from DOP Portal .  

In such case, Agentricks RD Software provides smart account recovery process.

To start Account Recovery process,

Go to Manage Accounts -> At the bottom you will find Re-organize Accounts button.

You will be prompt for confirmation by making you aware about criticalness of the process.

We advise to run this tool with a very stable internet connection.

After the account synchronization process completes, you will get all your missing accounts back...

anage accounts screen may also show you some accounts in pink row that have no last sync data. You have to manually disable all those accounts. To disable an account, right click on it and select Disable Account Option.

Even After using this utility, if your accounts still don't get recovered, please retry account recovery after a few hours, when there is not much concurrent visitors to portal and you also have a good connectivity to internet.

Reasons why accounts go missing?

Even if you have less accounts linked to your agency, ex. 250. DOP Portal occasionally provides just 100 or 200 accounts due to load balancing policies. To get further accounts, user has to manually fetch remaining accounts.(Agentricks does it for you automatically). Sometimes due to heavy loads, remaining data is not loaded and session gets timed out. In such case remaining 50 accounts may get disabled. That need to be recovered using reorganizing process explained above.

If you have a good customer base ex. 850. DOP Portal often loads only 500 accounts first and then loads remaining 350 accounts when manually asked for it.(Agentricks does it on your behalf.) In the second stage of loading 350 accounts, if unfortunately you loose connectivity, the synchronization will conclude with 500 accounts only and 350 accounts go disabled or inaccessible. In such case, reorganizing accounts pulls missing accounts back.
