Send Account Opened Message via WhatsApp
This article explains how to send a WhatsApp message to account holder regarding new RD Account opened in Agentricks RD Software

System Requirement:
Windows 10 (64 bit) onwards
Official WhatsApp Desktop installed on your system. (Windows only)
Inside the Template name field, write Template Name of the message template and from drop down select purpose. For this article, Account Opened. When you select purpose, you will get the usable parameters in left side list. Now start to type in your message freely, when ever you need a particular parameter from left side list, just right click on the list entry and select "Use in Template".
When drafted the message template accurately, kindly click on save button.
You will see new entry in Template and purpose table.
Select the entry and right click on it. And select "Set as Default".
Congratulations!!! You have created a message template that is ready to use for sending an account opened message to customer.
Now it's time to actually send a message.
Go to Dashboard, on right hand side of dashboard, find New RD Accounts section.
Click on the arrow button to load new RD Accounts window.
Remember: Since, new RD Accounts do not have a mobile number associated with it. We need to assign a mobile number with country code to RD Accounts showing in New RD Accounts Window.
Assign mobile number to RD Account:
Right click on RD Account, select Edit Account Information
Look for Mobile/WhatsApp No. Field.
Enter a (12 digit with country code) mobile/whatsapp number that belongs to account holder, then click on Save, then click on OK
Make sure WhatsApp Desktop is already running.
Again, right click on RD Account and click on Send Notification by WhatsApp
Wait for Agentricks to finish the message sending task automatically.
