An Error occurred while starting the application
This article explains how to resolve the error given above, when it occurs while starting Agentricks RD Software

Go to Settings, add or Remove Programs.
Uninstall current Java 8 version.
Log in to My Agentricks.
And download Runtime.
Install the runtime.
After installation, Go to Control Panel, open Java Settings.
Uncheck the Check for automatic updates checkbox.
Click on Do not check when prompted.
In Java settings, Go to Update tab.
Uncheck the Check for automatic updates checkbox.
Click on Do not check when prompted.
Now launch Agentricks from Desktop.
